Responsibilities

  • Managing the administration of the employees’ compensation such as: salaries, bonuses, other benefits, fringes on a monthly basis and supervises the accurate preparation and notification to Payroll;
  • Budgeting and controlling the salaries and benefits budget, monitoring and controlling on a monthly basis the actual expenses vs. approved budget (APSP based);
  • Participating in the salary surveys and providing data to the survey companies.
  • Analyzing the market movement in terms of benefits and compensations based on surveys results, proposing the adequate actions, ensuring a competitive market position, in order to attract and retain qualified personnel.
  • IAs management or local to local movements in line with Corporate policy and Spanish legislation;
  • Ensuring legal documentation regarding relocation/repatriation;
  • Communication with the GBS regarding any change in employees data, queries or any ad-hoc reports;
  • Maintaining accurate data in all rewards systems as well as Policies and procedures applicable in any of the markets.
  • Ensuring compliance with Spanish & Portuguese legislation in all rewards processes and procedures in order to avoid potential labor issues and conflicts.
  • Manage the General Services of the office.
