Responsibilities

  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale inkl. der Auskunft und Vermittlung von Anrufen in Deutsch & Englisch
  • Empfang und Anmeldung von Kunden und Gästen, Verwaltung des Besuchersystems inkl. Besucher Badges und WIFI Codes
  • Koordinierung des Postein- und Ausgangs (in Abstimmung mit DHL, Kurierbeauftragungen) sowie die interne Verteilung der täglich anfallenden Versanddokumente und der Bearbeitung des allgemeinen Hauptmailaccounts für den Showroom
  • Verwaltung und Bestellung von Büromaterial sowie Sonderaufgaben, wie z. B. Wochenendaufträge Gewerbeaufsichtsamt, Bestellungen fürs Catering etc.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Facility Manager sowie Vertretung in der Administration bei Abwesenheit des Facility Managements
