Responsibilities

  • Execution of delivery - accountable for successful delivery of Change Management portfolio on time, with clear auditable and evidence-based delivery across all projects.
  • Manage portfolio delivery - ability to multitask and oversee multiple streams of work in parallel, supporting coordination of multiple projects within project management team.
  • Strong stakeholder management - ability to work with Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, Risk, Business and Product teams to coordinate delivery and ensure prioritisation of demand.
  • Supporting project initiation - helping form initial set of requirements, suggesting approaches and proactively supporting our stakeholders in planning delivery projects.
  • Drive project delivery – secure buy-in, hold deadlines, and escalate early. Lead by example to deliver commitments on time.
  • Ensure high quality governance – continuously review, assess, and improve on portfolio and project governance approaches to ensure effective evidence-based delivery across all projects.
