  • Able to effectively communicate with customers who are potentially in a vulnerable situation and be able to demonstrate empathy and resilience.
  • Retain customers and upsell products you feel would be beneficial to them.
  • Build a rapport with each customer and gather the right information to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Manage your own diary and be able to input information into systems accurately.
