Bachelor's or Master's degree in financial engineering or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in financial markets. Strong Excel skills, sound understanding of global financial markets, and excellent communication and sales abilities. Ideal candidates should have experience in Futures & Options and be able to work under pressure.
