Requirements

  • With at least a year working in a commercial and sales environment, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running as you join your new team. You bring experience, but a willingness to learn! Excited by the world of financial services, you are looking for exposure to the sales lifecycle, becoming immersed in investment research and solutions, and how to ‘sell’ them to UK and European clients.
  • You’re a clear communicator and have practised both written and spoken skills in your work experience and university-level education. Curious and inquisitive, you ask a lot of questions and get to understand customers and their needs quickly and easily. Organised and methodical, you are able to manage multiple projects at once, so you’re ready to work with different prospect clients at various stages of the sales lifecycle. Persistent and resilient: you make every outreach and conversation count, but you also understand that it can take a number of attempts to achieve.
  • You also bring your ambition for yourself and the team! This is a stepping stone to your future sales career plans – you’re ready to learn from some of the leading reps in Europe! You’re ready to become immersed in the investment space: reading the right materials to become a knowledgeable associate, researching to scope out new prospects and identify emerging trends, and using the tools Third Bridge will provide you to ensure you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Third Bridge has even bigger growth ambitions, and as our new Sales Associate, you’ll help us achieve these. Working closely with New Client Acquisition reps and managers, you’ll prospect new account opportunities and thoroughly research these. Using a variety of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, you’ll map out the stakeholders of your target business, and then with your knowledge of Third Bridge products, determine the best approach to win their business.
  • With training and support from Arman, Lewis and the rest of your close-knit team, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our products, our clients’ preferences and needs, and anticipate the investment solution requirements of future clients. Scheduling and attending calls with reps and prospects, you’ll provide support in all stages of the entire sales lifecycle. These stages may include running trials, delivering product demos and sharing content, as well as making notes and summaries to document the process.
  • Communication is key to this role. You’ll be emailing, telephoning and building relationships with new contacts every day. Asking the right questions, pitching in a concise and clear way, and sharing your findings will ensure you and your team can work together to win new business. This is a hybrid role working in our London office with a generous OTE structure to reward you and your team’s successes.
