Responsibilities

  • Prendre en charge les tâches administratives générales pour aider le service Vente et Marketing (par ex. faire du classement, envoyer des e-mails ou des fax, saisir des données, faire des photocopies).
  • Préparer les documents liés à la vente tout au long du processus de vente (par ex. propositions, contrats ou commandes d'événement).
  • Promouvoir l'image de marque de la bannière dans et en dehors de l'entreprise.
  • Regrouper des matériaux et créer des packs d'information (par ex. brochures, matériaux promotionnels).
  • Utiliser des techniques de vente qui maximisent les revenus tout en conservant la fidélité des clients existants de Marriott.
  • Saisir, récupérer, rapprocher et vérifier les informations (par ex. commissions, clients potentiels, tiers) à l'aide du logiciel utilisé au cours du processus de vente.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients sur les installations/services de l'hôtel (par ex. heures d'ouverture, types et tarifs des chambres, offres, promotions, divertissements, restaurants, événements spéciaux).
  • Servir de référent aux clients et communiquer avec eux par téléphone et par e-mail pour répondre aux questions et demandes.
  • Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie.
  • Accueillir et recevoir tous les clients selon les standards de la chaîne ; anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre et les remercier chaleureusement.
  • Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié.
  • Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés.
  • Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité.
  • Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
