  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications/PR, Finance or any relative field
  • Able to relocate to territories across North America
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated work ethic through past co-op or internship, preferred

Responsibilities

  • 2-Year Development Program Structure:
  • First year: Rotational training
  • You will travel to different markets throughout each of our six major divisions across North America and will receive hands-on sales training through the entire sales process in addition to development of key professional skills
  • Projects: select and complete strategic projects identified by markets using the skills acquired during your first year
  • Second year:
  • After successful completion of your first year, you will be promoted and assigned to a Regional Account Manager in one of our available territories across North America pending business need and preference (South Central, Southeast, Midsouth, Carolinas, Pacific Northwest, Mountains, Southwest, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, North-Atlantic or Canada)
