In this development program, you will have ALcountless opportunities to manage real-world sales scenarios and implement your ideas while being mentored by other successful James Hardie team members.

  • You will attend quarterly training weeks with your fellow program peers, mentors, and key program leaders at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL and across multiple manufacturing facilities
  • You will receive hands-on Rep shadow training from the individuals who sell and install our product day in and day out

Responsibilities

  • 2-Year Development Program Structure:
  • First year: Rotational training
  • You will travel to different markets throughout each of our six major divisions across North America and will receive hands-on sales training through the entire sales process in addition to development of key professional skills
  • Projects: select and complete strategic projects identified by markets using the skills acquired during your first year
  • Second year:
  • After successful completion of your first year, you will be promoted and assigned to a Regional Account Manager in one of our available territories across North America pending business need and preference (South Central, Southeast, Midsouth, Carolinas, Pacific Northwest, Mountains, Southwest, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, North-Atlantic or Canada)
