Responsibilities

  • Sales Responsibility (80%)
  • Develop and execute on a well-constructed business plan to promote long-term growth objectives
  • Work closely with investment teams to maintain high level of investment strategy process, philosophy and positioning
  • Within assigned client and prospect firms, identify key areas of opportunity to promote Schroders’ strategies and cultivate new business
  • Meet or exceed assigned gross sales and net sales goals
  • General Responsibilities (20%)
  • Maintain consistent and systematic client contact as demonstrated through Salesforce relationship management system
  • Collaborate within the Subadvisory and Insurance team to provide on-going sales support, strategy updates and marketing deliverables
  • Operate with a high level of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration with colleagues, clients and prospects
  • Travel extensively within assigned territory and manage allocated travel and expense budget properly
