What are the working hours for this position?
The Sales Floor Department Supervisor is generally scheduled for 39 to 40 hours per week, but more hours may be required based on the needs of the store, with availability needed for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week.
What are the physical requirements for this job?
The job requires the physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Additionally, the associate must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance and may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with either 3 years of experience in a retail environment or 5 years of experience in retail.
