Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for the development of business opportunities and delivering a revenue target as set by Head of Strategic Account Sales
  • Market research for building a pipeline of qualified prospects, based on strong commercial insights on trends in the industry, regulatory changes and client investment strategy.
  • Prospecting via cold outreach and pitching BBH products and services throughout the industry and position BBH for long-term opportunities.
  • Engage with industry influencers to expand BBH’s brand and network and to create a pipeline of new business referrals.
  • Support and learn from Senior Sales managers to advance sales knowledge and experience.
  • Identifying and building strong relationships with all key decision makers in the prospect organisation (C-Level)
  • Meeting attendance and call memo generation.
  • Build pipeline and monitor progress against sales plans in SalesForce for individual clients and prospects.
  • Adopt and embed BBH’s sales philosophy to drive insight-led selling.
  • Monitor and track clients and potential clients by developing an in-depth knowledge of their 1, 3, and 5-year business strategy, organizational changes and related activities.
  • Record all client/prospect interactions, contacts, call logs, strategic sales plans within SalesForce.
  • Actively track and communicate client and market intelligence back to appropriate BBH resources and colleagues.
  • Prepare proposal generation, manage deal approval and presentations, (including RFIs, RFPs) with required stakeholders.
  • Utilize marketing lead generation to optimise communication with prospects and develop industry contacts.
  • Coordinate with Onboarding and Client Service Teams to bring the BBH experience to clients.
  • Coordinate with distribution advisory to help with prospect international expansion plan.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge of BBH’s core products and services as well as across the broader BBH Investor Services business
  • Leverage product experts to utilise their technical expertise and knowledge to sell insightfully.
  • Awareness of required compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend industry events fostering new relationships with influencer and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain fluency of our competitors and partnering firms.
