Responsibilities

  • As an OEM Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple account strategies focused on growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while coordinating all sales activities and managing resolution of customer problems. Responsibilities include assisting with project quotations, order management, customer training and demand generation to position ABB as the preferred vendor. This role will need to be able to work remotely within the greater Northern California region and frequently travel around territory to support accounts. You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Serving as the primary interface between OEM customers and ABB.
  • Planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize market share, margin and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the development and implementation of account plans; including the executive relationship strategy, coverage plan, prioritization of opportunities and development of sales targets for assigned accounts while ensuring achievement through a structured follow up process.
  • Fostering the development and implementation of account training plans to ensure customers are educated on all ABB products, services & digital tools.
