Responsibilities

  • Lead and co-ordinate all aspects of school tenders from receipt of initial inquiry through school site surveys, collection of data, completion of tender documents, to final submission.
  • Manage the creation of all proposals and presentations for the growth team. This may include proposal writing, e-tender responses, sourcing and validating technical content, project management of the entire tender lifecycle, and supporting the development of win strategies for Glanmore Foods.
  • Effectively manage the team’s shared email inbox, ensuring a prompt response to all inquiries, and escalating any issues to the relevant team member in a timely manner.
  • Support the Head of Sales and the wider growth team with the management of an efficient and streamlined samples process, ensuring that we make best use of internal resources and that our prospective customers receive food samples in a timely manner.
  • Be the recognised tender expert within the Glanmore Foods team, who shares knowledge and advises others.
