Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for decisions while completing the following with increasing autonomy:
  • Be a primary client contact to deliver on content distribution, reporting, and provide market colour to support activity.
  • Be accountable for dealing with client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Evaluate the risk and opportunities in the market that align with client and desk objectives;
  • Take enquiries / instructions from the clients
  • Book and monitor transactions, conducting follow-ups with other internal BNPP teams
  • Proactively monitor electronic execution process through clearing; report any execution errors
  • Coordinate with other teams to support clients’ needs and to ensure their accessibility to BNPP’s products
  • Recommend changes or developments to products or services offered by the team;
  • Build client relationships; develop a strong understanding of their requirements and market activities;
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with all relevant stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams markets and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Work independently on most activities, with closely defined and limited responsibilities;
  • Deliver personal targets and objectives to support the performance of the team;
  • Keep up to date with rules (existing and new) and regulatory changes by Exchanges, Regulators and Compliance.
