Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
  • At least 10+ years of experience in full-lifecycle software development including design, and development
  • At least 5+ years working in Salesforce CRM Platform as Administrator or Software Engineer
  • Experience leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Sound knowledge in Sales and/or Service Cloud development, configuration, and custom development
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems using the Salesforce.com API, as well as third-party REST-based APls and integration
  • Request 2+ years of experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows
  • Salesforce Certification preferred
  • Experience interacting with Product owners and Business Leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions
  • Strong teamwork focus and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams

Responsibilities

  • Build Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APls and Single Sign-On
  • Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using Cl technologies
  • Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases
  • Coordinates the verification and validation of software features through QA and UAT testing
  • Create technical approach and design documentation as required for new and existing Salesforce functionality
  • Conducts root cause analysis of technical issues reported by users
  • Partner with production support (L1 & L2) and other IT teams effectively for support and deployment
  • Conducts technical analysis for new feature or enhancements
  • Provides development estimates to aid in work prioritization and production release scheduling
  • Tracks progress and reports status and issues to project managers and user groups
  • Works with Architecture Governance Team and Change Advisory Board to ensure software solutions meet organizational requirements
  • Creates automated testing code to support platform stability and meet overall organizational code coverage requirements
  • Works with IT managed source code repositories to track all changes to custom code in enterprise systems
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
  • Builds expertise in the business area related to the requirements and solution definition; understands the business processes involved and key drivers for success.
  • Coordinate within IT to ensure IT Controls are managed and remediated in a timely manner by partnering with other IT controls managers
