What is the Santander CIB Graduate Program?
The Santander CIB Graduate Program is an International Graduate Program designed to develop future leaders of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking through learning and development opportunities in a global investment banking environment.
Where will I be based if I join the program?
You will be based in Europe (Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Paris, the Netherlands, or Milan) or Asia (Hong Kong or Singapore), with the opportunity to work internationally across different geographies.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this program?
You should be a recent graduate with good academic records, possess strong analytical and client-oriented skills, have a high proficiency in English, and Excel and PowerPoint skills. CFA Level 1 is a plus but not required.
What kind of training will I receive during the program?
The program includes a one-month intensive training period tailored to equip new graduates with essential skills and knowledge in Corporate and Investment Banking, involving hands-on experience and learning from industry experts.
Is prior experience in investment banking required to apply?
No, prior experience in investment banking is not required as the program is open to recent graduates with no work experience.
What types of tasks will I engage in during the program?
You will support daily business operations such as marketing analysis, business case analysis, deal structuring, client coverage, financial modeling, and more, while receiving training on technical and interpersonal skills.

How long does the recruitment process take?
