Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software or applications services; with at least 5 year of experience within an international context.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences.
  • Primary Skills: SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite;
  • Expertise in 1 or more features of CPI/SAP-IS; API Management, TMP, Event Mesh.
  • Expertise in SAP PO - Process Orchestration (Java Single Stack).
  • Proven experience in at least two SAP CPI or SAP IS implementation projects.
  • Solution Architect skills for migrating complex processes from PO or other middleware to SAP Integration Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Mastery of design patterns in SAP IS/CPI, Groovy scripts, API development, and Mappings.
  • Proficiency in defining, designing, and implementing Iflow templates for global processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of EDI and Trading Partner Management in SAP PO and SAP IS/CPI.
  • Strong decision-making skills and accountability for integration processes such as SFDC, Ariba, and SOA manager configuration.
  • Ability to independently coordinate of new interface setups, collaborating with various teams including Security, Networking, SAP Basis, and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid background in ERP systems to enable ALE/EDI.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in SFDC Integration using BPM technology and ownership of SFDC-related integration processes, Ariba integration, and SOA Manager configuration in ERP systems, including MDG.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, taking ownership of end-to-end processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in a second language (German) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solution design delivery, applications lifecycle management, and service performance monitoring, while maintaining compliance with internal processes and external regulations (GxP, GDPR, licensing).
  • Minimize business disruption during application go-lives by implementing proper design and formal project handover processes.
  • Lead Project Delivery and oversee technical design of applications/solutions in portfolio.
  • Provide technical services and functional advice on the implementation of business applications.
  • Provide functional/technical support to project teams.
  • Contribute technical insights for defining and maintaining the development standards and guidelines.
  • Change and Release Management
  • Document current and target application architecture (including CMDB).
  • Develop and implement the Lifecycle Management plan for relevant applications.
  • Ensure Change Management processes align with applicable SOPs.
  • Create complete and accurate handover documentations prior to production release.
  • Manage the application portfolio at the appropriate release level.
