Responsibilities

  • Support integrations for three programs in 2025 and provide basic FICO service desk support. Vendor integrations include IDOC configuration to EDICOM and from Coupa. Third integration is with Esker Cash Application platform, to which the method of data transmission to and from is not known yet. Service desk support would include basic GL accounting functions, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, etc.
