  • Strong prior experience in leading implementation of SAP FICO in the following required functional areas: Financial Accounting: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Treasury / Controlling: Overhead Management, Project Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis / Integration with other SAP modules: Procurement, Sales, Production, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management etc...
  • Beneficial: Group Reporting and Consolidation, Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Previous experience in leading a functional team of consultants through all phases of an implementation project
  • Proven experience in ability to integrate complex and divergent requirements into a simple, intuitive, and successful SAP solution design
  • Proven experience in developing solution architecture leveraging SAP technologies to enable clients’ business processes
  • Deep understanding of procurement and supply chain business functions and expertise working in different industries (eg CPG, Manufacturing, Retail)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP application solutions with at least four end to end SAP FICO implementation project on premise and Cloud edition
  • An interest in deepening your cross functional business acumen, technical knowledge, particularly with SAP’s newer cloud technologies, and upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic client relationships while providing high quality work across multiple client projects as a functional finance solution architect
  • Oversee functional teams to drive solution design and implementation of SAP FICO
  • Contribute to development of goals, objectives and focus areas for practice staff, and engage the SAP team through business development and proposal opportunities
  • Proven leader with in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions and SAP functionality to drive development of client offerings and end-to-end transformation projects
  • Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive team environment
  • Responsible for solution strategy and project delivery as a SAP Solution Lead
  • Lead client, PwC and technology partner teams to plan, manage and deliver high quality engagements
  • Develop solutions based on common issues facing clients who provide products and services (e.g., aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities)
  • Identify and address client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection
  • Contribute to teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
