  • Work closely with Engineering Leads and Managers to track and execute project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Interact directly with clients and internal management to report on schedule status, risks, and progress across a portfolio of distribution projects.
  • Prepare and develop comprehensive schedule and controls reports, including weekly/monthly reports for both client and internal management reviews. Reports may include resource loading analysis, critical path items, and risk analysis.
  • Assist the project manager in creating and maintaining project dashboard reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success.
