Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for monitoring and updating ZIM’s Sailing Schedule. Working with multiple interfaces to preserve accurate scheduling.
  • Creating and updating lines in ZIM’s systems
  • Day to Day monitoring vessel schedule (including partner’s vessels) and announcing update news to concerning party.
  • Update/ Create Feeder vessel schedule in the system
  • Update / Create vessel schedules for all company Lines in the system.
  • Prepare Daily Position Report
  • Solving problems regarding schedule – coordination between departments and executing
  • Handle all requests to Centre Tables (Including defining new service, vessels code and port code...)
  • Supporting the NRC (New Route System)
  • Back up global schedule needs
  • Prepper for cyber readiness
  • Captain’s reports and handling exceptions
  • Verifying information on AgenTeam and ZIM website
  • Preparing and distributing the weekly schedule for operation managers
