Responsibilities

  • Main Responsibilities
  • This part-time Scheduling Coordinator will join the team of three responsible for creating the daily Radio 3 Presentation Schedule. Using information from the Senior Planning Manager and other sources, they transfer the forward schedule into the scheduling system and ensure that all programmes are delivered and scheduled in a timely and accurate manner, also creating a detailed daily document detailing the schedule for use by Producers, Presenters and Technical Producers in the studios. They will need to be highly organized and motivated, in order to deal with late deliveries and negotiate with the production teams to ensure that all information is supplied in good time. They will need strong written and verbal communication skills to produce the accurate, complete and informative daily continuity schedule.
