Responsibilities

  • - Delivering high-level, high-quality customer service as the initial point of contact for both internal and external colleagues, as well as our partners and stakeholders.
  • - Effective and efficient handling of routine and complex enquiries from all sources (telephone, email, face-to-face, post) regarding team activity and events.
  • - Developing, implementing, and maintaining high quality administrative processes.
  • - Organising the logistics of on- and off- campus school/colleges visits.
  • - Handling, and reporting data, tracking against budgets.
  • - Training/supporting the team to follow process.
