Responsibilities

  • Work independently and as a part of a team to support the early development of innovative therapeutics for age-related diseases.
  • Design, develop and execute well-controlled in vitro assays to improve our understanding of target and drug biology.
  • Perform biological and biochemical assays (ELISA, MSD, qPCR, WES, flow cytometry etc.) to characterize or screen recombinant tool and therapeutic proteins, such as antigens, antibodies and other biologic molecules.
  • Critically analyze, effectively interpret and summarize complex experimental data.
  • Collaborate with scientists within the department and across project teams to support projects at different stages.
  • Engage colleagues in cross-disciplinary scientific discussion, present scientific data to internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain expertise in laboratory techniques, keep accurate electronic records of experiments and activities, timely report experimental results.
  • Exhibit creativity, adaptability, quantitative thinking, and a commitment to achieving project team goals.
