  • Solid understanding and hands on experience with monoclonal antibody development methods using one or more of the following technologies would be an advantage: single B cell sorting, phage display, recombinant technology
  • Experience in preparing and culturing human and mouse primary immune cells
  • Proficient in molecular biology workflows such as high-throughput molecular cloning, plasmid vector construction, PCRs, Restriction digestion, Ligation, Transformation, Mini and maxi preps, sequencing
  • Thorough in biochemical and immunoassay workflows such as recombinant protein expression and purification, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, IF, IHC
  • Working knowledge of fluorescence microscopy, fluorescence detection technologies is helpful
  • Experience in authoring and optimizing standard operating procedures with a focus on reproducibility
  • Interest in identifying deviations from expected outcomes, fixing and suggesting alternatives
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work alongside colleagues from different backgrounds
  • Ability to succeed with a moderate level of supervision and guidance
  • Ability to provide technical trouble shooting to resolve scientific problems.
  • Proficient in software or platforms for molecular biology and sequence analysis, MS Office and statistical software such as GraphPad Prism.
  • Authorship of peer-reviewed publications with post-doctoral experience and a strong, independent understanding of standard and emerging research protocols and techniques are preferred. GLP experience is a must.
  • Prior project leadership experience preferred.

  • Drive ideation within teams to enable development of successful protocols for effective transfer to operation teams.

  • Knowledge of product commercialization processes from concept to launch including early feasibility, development, and validation phases.
  • Support manufacturing team for technical support and quality by providing technical guidance.
