Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.
  • Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Nice to have: Experience in project management (cycle V) as we are in transition.
  • Nice to have: Experience in process engineering / lean process improvement.
  • Nice to have: Participation in Product driven transformation approach.
  • Proven expertise in Agile product management and continuous product discovery
  • Nice to have: Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Your mission is to serve as a 'team change agent and coach,' enabling Digital Technology transformation by delivering the best possible products and achieving successful outcomes at every iteration, always keeping customer value at the forefront.
  • You will be working closely with other agile coaches with diverse background and seniority and be part of Digital Product Owner network for peer sharing.
  • Product owners will be based mainly in Americas, Europe and Asia.
  • You will be located in one of our Digital Hub with a dynamic local community of digital people and Sanofians.
  • Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-making.
  • Help build our product catalog.
  • Guide sustainable cadence in product development.
  • Bring agility into product discovery.
  • Learning from data and take decision from it.
  • Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams & business stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement.
  • Collaborate with product management for vision and strategy alignment.
  • Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Facilitate focus group working on process improvement.
