Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to promote agile principles and Scrum practices across the team and organization. Foster a collaborative environment that enables teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide team members to maximize performance by leading through example, continuous improvement, and agile maturity. Proactively identify blockers and empower teams to resolve them.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive retrospectives and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Support the adoption of tools and frameworks to improve team dynamics, speed, and quality.
  • Develop a culture of accountability and ownership of the product that the team is focusing on and ensure the target for development is the desired outcome, not simply meeting a deadline for the sake of it.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage expectations, establish priorities, and ensure clear communication across teams. Bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives with a focus on delivering value.
  • Bridge gaps across various functions by aligning team goals with organizational priorities. Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to enhance alignment and engagement.
  • Leverage agile methodologies to ensure program activities align with strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Monitor and report on progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting objectives. Establish clear metrics and KPIs to track success and continuously refine practices to achieve optimal results.
