Responsibilities

  • Breaks down approved requirements into user stories
  • Liaises with stakeholders and product owners in detailing out the requirements
  • Prioritises the backlog of stories with the Product Owners
  • Plan and Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Creates project plans, scope documents, schedules and forecast for BAU projects
  • Ability to understand and communicate KPIs to program and business stakeholders
  • Provides timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions
  • Identifies project risks and issues
  • Hosts and moderates all the Agile events of the team
  • Improves the practices and tools for Agile and project execution
  • Provides project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, and management
  • Organises the support function within the team (diagnostic and bug-fixing)
