  • Erstellen von Site Surveys für Neueröffnungen sowie Umbauprojekte
  • Koordinieren des Layout-Prozesses mit dem Global Store Design-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass die endgültigen Zeichnungen, die Besonderheiten des Standorts und die gesetzlichen Anforderungen des jeweiligen Landes berücksichtigt werden
  • Erstellen von Bauablaufplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Ladenbauern für die jeweiligen Projekte sowie die dazugehörige Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle des Budgets für die jeweiligen Projekte
  • Steuerung der Projekte und Kooperation/Koordination mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Fortlaufende Kommunikation über den Projektstatus an alle relevanten Abteilungen, um eine fristgerechte Fertigstellung zu gewährleisten
  • Kontinuierliches Projektreporting an den Head of Store Design & Planning sowie an beteiligte Stakeholder
  • Bauabnahme sowie Übergabe an das Retail-Team
  • Durchführung von Kosten- und Qualitätsanalysen nach Projektende
