What will the responsibilities of a Seasonal Tax Preparer & Customer Support entail?
The responsibilities include preparing individual tax returns for customers through video-enabled software and chat, providing troubleshooting, tax advice, and preparation assistance, delivering accurate tax advice in easy-to-understand terms, assisting customers in gathering and organizing data, analyzing and researching tax matters, and reviewing Customer Callback and Tax Accuracy lists.

A college degree is not required for this position, but it is considered a plus.
How long does the seasonal position last?
This position is temporary and part-time, beginning in January and ending on or before April 15, 2025.
What kind of communication tools will be used to interact with customers?
