The core working days are Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, but hours can be spread across the week depending on the successful candidate's availability.
How many hours will I be working each week?
You will be working 11 hours each week.
Is any training provided for this role?
Yes, full induction and training are provided, along with access to over 400 learning resources.
Do I need prior experience in merchandising or retail?
While experience is beneficial, a passion for merchandising, retail, and/or customer service is also valued.
Is manual handling a requirement for this job?
Yes, you should be comfortable with manual handling as you will need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
Will I receive any bonuses for completing my shifts?
Yes, you will receive a Completion Premium of 50p per shift if you complete all the shifts you have committed to.
Does the job require me to have a driving license?
A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus, but not a strict requirement for the role.
What kind of feedback will I provide to the client account teams?
You will provide accurate and timely feedback and photos via a survey application as the eyes and ears in the stores.
