Responsibilities

  • To be employed in this role you must be over the age of 18.
  • The Job will involve looking after the shop between the hours of 5pm - 1am, running the ambient replen shift, locking up the shop, unloading deliveries, and doing cash pick up.
  • You'll assist with training colleagues and keeping them fully informed by communicating messages in team ‘huddles'.
  • You'll make sure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet the expectations of our customers through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time.
  • We'll help you to train in different areas and continually develop your skills.
