  • Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts, and vendors
  • Responsible for monitoring and processing life/safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarms in accordance with Wells Fargo security procedures in the ESOC.
  • Assists in a range of projects related to the overall success of the operation, including, ensuring the department's work is completed accurately and on time; planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily activities of other team members; and working directly with various bank groups and government agencies providing detailed reports. May also review, prioritize, and distribute daily work to meet deadlines and goals as well as monitor work in progress.
