  • Deliver tailored learning activities and provide one-on-one support and small group sessions for EYFS
  • Collaborate closely with teachers in creating a welcoming and interesting classroom environment by assisting in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources to foster a love for learning
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment to ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all students
  • Support the management of student behaviour and encourage positive social interactions
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/carers
