Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for colleagues and clients entering the office
  • Answering telephone calls and transferring or notifying the correct person or department when required
  • Booking meetings providing equipment/refreshments, completing minutes, and writing up agendas for different departments of the business
  • Producing and uploading documentation onto the CRM and setting up folders to ensure records are kept up to date
  • Office management duties such as ordering stationery, producing business cards, and franking and sending letters via post
  • Creating floor plans, property particulars, and window cards
  • Arranging accommodation, lunches, transport, and training courses on an ad hoc basis to support teams within the business
  • Liaising with third parties such as solicitors and stakeholders to ensure the process for sales and rentals are accurate
  • Ensuring all complaints are managed and dealt with professionally and accordingly
  • Responsible for the producing weekly sale reports, as well as monthly credit card reconciliation and staff expenses for the Sales team
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager with producing reports and ensuring GDPR, Health & Safety, and other regulations are being followed
  • Providing cover to the Digital Marketing Apprentice when required
  • Responsible for the key register and key box relating to sales and rentals
