Leverage self-serve tools, partnerships and community forums to deliver insights to your customers.
  • Fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising and One Microsoft Story: Educate clients on how the Microsoft Advertising platform and existing features help them to reach their business goals and execute on budgets. Ensure regular client engagement with the Microsoft Advertising platform, and aim to reduce customer reliance on AM for routine tasks. Develop an understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem and how this can deliver on the customer’s marketing objectives.
  • Collaborative and high-performing account team: Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging Account Executives and internal partners to resolve day-to-day escalations & revenue blockers. Partner with account team to submit actionable feedback on product, tools and processes through relevant channels.
  • Continuous learning and professional growth: Continually strengthen your Microsoft advertising and Search Industry expertise by proactively identifying and actioning knowledge gaps.
