Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Food Safety Data primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for FSQA stakeholders, providing routine data and analytics, creating Ad Hoc reports requested based on business needs, and creating repeatable dashboards for stakeholder self-service as needed.
  • Leads analytical projects by integrating large volumes of data and developing actionable insights and recommendations to relevant teams, leadership, Board of Directors (BOD) and Food Safety Advisory Council to enhance efficiency and results within the FSQA team.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and enhancements for data and analytics through cross-functional collaboration, automation, gathering requirements, submitting test cases and confirm testing in UAT and production.
  • Design, maintain, update, document, and improve, design of business models for monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and SOPs while ensuring data and reporting integrity.
  • Translate questions from cross-functional partners into actionable data analysis tasks and deliverables while working across multiple business lines to understand and address data needs effectively.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to equip teams with the tools necessary to measure workload and assess impact.
  • Perform deep dive analyses of current and historical department trends, presenting meaningful insights and recommendations that guide FSQA decision making and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to define data pipeline requirements that will be critical for the development of data models and downstream dashboards/reports.
