The main purpose of the Senior Analyst, Loyalty Fraud position is to investigate loyalty fraud, implement and manage fraud prevention response procedures, enhance the fraud prevention program, and automate response processes to rapidly identify and respond to loyalty fraud threats across Loblaw Companies Limited.
What qualifications or experience is required for the Senior Analyst, Loyalty Fraud role?
Candidates should have a deep understanding of fraud, including cyber fraud in eCommerce and loyalty programs, experience with cyber fraud detection and prevention mechanisms, as well as the ability to investigate and trace fraud activity. Familiarity with security tools, cloud operations, and loyalty fraud prevention mechanisms is preferred.
What specific skills are important for the Senior Analyst, Loyalty Fraud?
Important skills include the ability to conduct cyber incident response, determine defensive tactics, tune fraud detection controls, collect and communicate evidence for fraud cases, and experience with fraud detection mechanisms such as SHAPE/F5 and Akamai Bot Manager.
