Requirements

  • Understanding of fraud, cyber fraud eCommerce and loyalty programs, experience deploying and maintaining cyber fraud detection and prevention mechanisms.
  • Investigation and fraud activity tracing and clustering to identify IOCs (Indicators of Compromise) and attackers/fraudsters TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures).
  • Ability to determine defensive tactics, tune fraud detection controls, build fraud detection use cases and provide further recommendations based on investigation results to prevent fraud.
  • Collect evidence, communicate, and package fraud cases for consumption by other fraud prevention program stakeholders including Asset Protection and law enforcement agencies.
  • Experience of manual fraud detection mechanisms and Bot defense controls SHAPE/F5, Akamai Bot Manager, experience with enterprise server and virtualized infrastructure hardware, Cloud operations including GCP, Azure, Oracle as understanding of Web and Mobile applications and technologies.
  • Working experience with loyalty fraud prevention mechanisms, Information Security Certifications is an asset

  • Your deep knowledge of security tools and technologies, cyber fraud, fraud prevention, security threats, tactics, techniques and procedures used by threat actors and fraudsters, security and enterprise IT operations, processes and incident management, will help you to conduct a cyber incident response process to support this mandate.
