Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will own and be accountable for any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escalate appropriately when necessary. On a daily basis, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, and provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary. We are looking for critical thinkers who are driven to ensure our customers succeed!
  • Internally, you will also be relied upon heavily by all departments to provide in-depth updates and insights on the clients from a technology perspective, working closely with all departments such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support, etc. You will also provide High Touch consultative technical services and proactive solutions to our most premium clients.
