Responsibilities

  • Developing local brand strategy
  • Development of the annual brand plan and delivery of resulting initiatives, through teams, to meet annual commercial and brand targets.
  • Working with the global team to fine tune our brand positioning & identify & confirm our brand visual identity through research, advertising and other marketing plans.
  • Ensuring our positioning is brought to life with a meticulously consistent brand visual identity
  • Leading the development of the brand communications and owning the communications strategy
  • Lead our £multi million media planning working with our media agency & in house data driven media team
  • Providing, and delivering, inspiring and engaging content for all sales briefings and customer presentations, in line with defined end to end processes, to ensure the brand agenda is delivered through the business.
  • Managing relationships with agencies to get superior on-time, work, following defined methodologies and frameworks.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting monthly brand volume/value share development and fiscal spending plan evaluation and driving resulting actions through the business.
