Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications); or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, or relevant role, within a cross functional or cross category team
  • Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Proven track record to handle multiple, competing priorities while also remaining detail oriented
  • Outstanding leadership skills to influence functional teams and large cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort leveraging art and science to inform plans and decision making
  • Experience working in SAP is a plus
  • Experience with an event agency or large-scale special events preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll support the team in executing marketing strategies for Jordan Brand's Los Angeles Team.
  • You will assist the team in creating and implementing Jordan athlete & seasonal marketing strategies, managing seasonal product needs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • This is a unique opportunity to work on product launches, athlete brand plans, key seasonal priorities and activations that strengthen our connection with our key Basketball and Streetwear consumers.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Seasonal Product Ordering
  • Seasonal Product Seeding Strategy
  • Seasonal Support to Experts and Lead
  • Meeting Agenda and Recaps
  • Assist in Seasonal Recaps
  • Consumer & City pulse reports
  • Partner with Ops Lead on important internal dates and gates

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,700.00 in the lowest geographic market to $174,000.00 in the highest geographic market, depending on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
