  • Work with external stakeholders (e.g. within the Eco Beauty Score Consortium, Ellen Mac Arthur foundation) to facilitate the Sustainability transformation of the cosmetics industry is part of your responsibilities.
  • You set-up internal engagement formats for key stakeholders (e.g. Global Leadership Conference, internal Innovation Fair).
  • For internal and external communication you co-create Brand Transformation related content with Corporate Communication.
  • You set-up external formats (e.g. booths) featuring the Beiersdorf transformation.
  • You contribute to the Beiersdorf Sustainability Strategy by co-creating new elements.
  • You take the functional leadership of other brand transformation manager(s).
