Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. Each day, you will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by helping the customers to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions.
  • You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, from problem definition and data exploration to model development and presentation of results.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable analytics questions and hypotheses.
  • Work with data scientists and experts to apply advanced analytical techniques, such as statistical modeling, machine learning, optimization, simulation etc., to generate insights and recommendations that address business needs and add value.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences, using data visualization, storytelling, and business acumen.
  • Manage demand, delivery and value creation and build strategic long-term plans for analytics within the domain/area you partner with.
  • Mentor and coach junior business analysts and data scientists and foster a culture of collaboration and learning within the team.
