Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Define executive level and operational reporting and develop best practice dashboards utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Enhance new and existing processes within the business by implementing workflows and automated analysis and reporting where feasible. Develop and document business management routine procedures where needed.
  • Create actionable insights and recommendations using data in a digestible format to a non-technical audience of varying levels.
  • Support the design, development, and execution of accurate, consistent, and compelling executive reporting for the entire Business Execution Office organization, as well as the broader Public Affairs organization.
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the group's analytic strategy, including applying data trends to formulate forecasts, drilling down data dimensions and metrics to determine root causes, and driving sensitivity and scenario analyses
  • Formulate, summarize, and customize data results and to provide specific action and remediations steps to key stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis and reporting in support of business requirements
  • Support both planned and ad hoc strategic analyses as assigned
