  • Building strong relationships with the Ops Directors & senior managers across our fulfillment sites and logistics team, understanding their business and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on business cases for new cost saving initiatives, commercial partnerships and revenue opportunities for HelloFresh UK.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities through ongoing and ad hoc reporting, as well as provide the support necessary to drive actions through effective challenge.
  • Take responsibility for reporting accuracy, working cross-functionally to seize opportunities to automate and make more efficient where possible.
  • Owning the annual business plan and quarterly budgeting process, helping refine and drive forward our processes and guiding/challenging stakeholders in building out their assumptions.
  • Ownership of the month-end reporting packs that provide insights & analysis vs budget and forecast
  • Communicating on a regular basis to exchange ideas and best practices with the rest of the finance team, as well as our global teams from around the world.
  • Management of a senior financial analyst, providing direction, coaching and leadership to them in their career development.
  • Support the Head of Finance in establishing forward thinking, refined processes for highly commercial business partnering across the business.
