Responsibilities

  • Compensation Program Management & Collaboration: Serve as a subject-matter expert in leading the annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, equity) with global Compensation teams across operating companies and platforms. Collaborate with leaders and HR business partners to ensure alignment of compensation policies and processes with country-specific requirements. Develop and update communication and training materials.
  • Functional Compensation Lead for Workday: Ensure the Workday system meets data, analytics, and reporting requirements for compensation changes and the annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, and equity). Proactively engage with internal teams to scope ideas and develop solutions in Workday, leveraging strong collaboration skills to automate processes and streamline compensation activities.
  • Play a key role in supporting our global compensation survey portfolio: Contribute to managing and leveraging the MarketPay system and overseeing the survey participation process.
  • Dive into survey market data: Perform analysis to uncover gaps in market information and track competitive trends, deliver data-driven insights that shape impactful compensation programs and salary structure reviews.
  • Collaborate with global total rewards teams: Assess market data needs and trends. Propose changes to compensation structure for alignment and competitiveness, using data-driven insights for adjustments and improvements in partnership with HR teams. Guide HR leaders on job leveling and market data-related compensation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: Administer FLSA and ensure adherence to plan provisions and compensation policies.
  • Participate in special projects: Support corporate actions (acquisitions, divestitures) and contribute to the design of compensation programs.
