Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Compensation Program and maintain services via Salary.com and Dayforce.
  • Improve, evaluate, and implement compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Perform salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market pricing to ensure Siteimprove compensation framework is operationalized.
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters including salary offers, incentive programs, and job leveling.
  • Partner with HR business partners and leadership to ensure that compensation strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing compensation practices.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports to senior management for decision-making purposes.
  • Conduct annual salary reviews and manage the Salary & Promotion and quarterly catchups process.
  • Provide Dayforce system support.
  • Manage configuration, updates, and optimization of the Dayforce HCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with external support teams as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Dayforce platform, conducting regular audits and managing system permissions.
  • Stay current on system enhancements and updates to recommend improvements or new features.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
