  • You will lead the compliance involvement in the Legal Entity Working Group, Legal Entity RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) Reviews, Compliance RCSA Input and involvement in the Management Representation Letter.
  • You will also manage critical requests for compliance frameworks in region and route queries to the appropriate channels and support regional projects across Risk Management Compliance.

Primary carers are eligible for 20 weeks’ leave at full pay. There is no minimum tenure requirement meaning all employees are eligible for parental leave upon starting work at Macquarie. That means new parents can return to work four days and get paid for five days per week for 12 weeks; or return three days and get paid for five days per week for six weeks. Co-parents can access up to six weeks paid leave at the time of birth, adoption or custody. Other support services are also available including parents' rooms and access to a range of resources.
