Responsibilities

  • Write copy for inspirational, retail and brand CRM campaigns
  • Create persuasive and compelling copy that entertains, inspires and engages
  • Align and collaborate with other writers across our partner business and editorial teams to help assure we’re all writing in the same voice and working towards a common goal
  • Write clear, concise and exciting messaging in English that reflects the personality and Tone of Voice of Zalando and showcases our exciting offering
  • Collaborate with language services team colleagues to bring storytelling to the next level
  • Consider that your copy will have to be translated into a number of European languages
  • Ability to unpack strategies & translate them into creative proposals
  • Proven ability to come up with a strong messaging concepts and execute on them
  • Proofread and provide feedback and copy support for colleagues
  • Track and monitor the CRM KPIs to see how the copies are performing and if the customer is finding the copies engaging
