Responsibilities

  • Support and provide day-to-day counsel to the business on general commercial matters by collaborating with business partners at all levels of management to effectively balance minimising legal risk while enabling the execution of strategic business objectives.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to confidentiality, material transfer, professional services, procurement, and other general customer and supplier agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex licensing and collaboration agreements for the Licensing & Technology business, with an initial focus on Horizon’s Bioproduction business. While this role primarily supports the Licensing & Technology business, it is part of the Life Sciences legal team and will support other businesses within the Life Sciences organisation, such as Reagents and Platforms.
  • Provide practical, sound employment and labour law advice to the HR team in the EU, as required.
  • Support M&A activities for the Life Sciences organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the legal department and assist as needed.
  • Create, improve, and/or update form agreements and processes to enhance aspects of contracting procedures and ensure alignment of contract terms with Revvity’s policies and standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested as knowledge of the business and legal skills evolve.
